Criterion A : Investigate
Thoughts:
This is where to look when prior research information is needed. Investigate should be a place at the very start to become comfortable and touch around topics and learn more about the project before actually doing and making a product. Research skills will need to be shown here.
Criterion A always seems to take the longest time and effort but really, it is not much more work than the rest of the criterions. Here, I went to several libraries and borrowed books and asked questions around. I did not use a direct and obvious survey to ask the questions because I wanted the flexibility to ask questions on an insight and interest basis. This criterion was most interesting to me because here, I set my goals and made by future plans. Here lays the foundation of the project.
This project takes the plans that we learn in Design Cycles and puts it into a massive stretched scale. I found Investigate most interesting and I got a sense that I would like to let people try and experience calligraphy myself.
